Performativ is seeking a Domain Expert & Product Owner to shape and own the wealth management platform and its data layer. You will sit at the intersection of finance, product, and technology, turning complex workflows into reusable product capabilities.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and client teams to define direction, drive a coherent roadmap, and deliver features with measurable impact across Europe. Relocation is supported for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in asset/wealth management.
• Strong understanding of financial products and their operations.
• Ability to own a meaningful product or process area.
• Knowledge of how portfolio data moves in a financial institution.
• Comfort with APIs, data models, system integrations, and trade-offs.
• Proven track record turning vague requirements into shipped capabilities.
• Strong product judgement and ability to challenge stakeholders when needed.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.

Responsabilités

• Shape product direction based on client needs, market developments, and engineering capability.
• Translate complex financial workflows into reusable product solutions.
• Own and prioritise the roadmap for the Wealth Management Suite.
• Evaluate opportunities based on client value, product quality, and feasibility.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, and engineers to shape features.
• Create workflows, prototypes, product logic, and concrete examples.
• Write clear specifications for Engineering to implement.
• Join client meetings and translate learnings into sound product decisions.
• Act as an internal domain expert supporting customer-facing teams.
• Identify gaps and improve platform coherence.
• Decide what to commit to, and communicate decisions clearly.
• Work with Engineering to balance speed, cost, and architecture.
• Follow features into production, measure adoption, and report outcomes.
