Job summary

Urban is seeking a Platform & Methodology Owner within the Investment Performance function in Copenhagen. You will own the real estate modelling framework, govern the platform, and translate business needs into platform capabilities. Collaboration with the CIO Office and vendor management are key parts of the role.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage the product backlog, and align modelling approaches across investment activities to support decision-making across Urban Partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 3–6 years of real estate or investment experience.
• Strong real estate modelling expertise across investment, transactions, valuations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into platform specifications.
• Excellent English and Danish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the firm-wide real estate modelling methodology.
• Manage platform configuration, change control, and backlog.
• Lead vendor releases and translate updates to business impacts.
• Maintain relationship with the platform vendor and roadmap.
• Oversee user administration, licenses, onboarding and training.
• Align investment- and fund-level modelling approaches.
