You’ll work on a homegrown DSL-to-SQL compiler, security guardrails, canary deploys, and event-driven architecture, collaborating with product and engineering to deliver reliable, secure services.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable infrastructure for high-growth SaaS platforms.
• Ability to own infrastructure end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Strong understanding of security, reliability, and performance.
• Experience with rollouts, feature flags, and canary deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end within Ashby’s infrastructure.
• Scale and evolve the platform to handle rapid growth and data volume.
• Implement security, monitoring, and data privacy guardrails.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to define SLOs/SLIs and improve reliability.
• Work on an event-driven architecture and data warehouse infrastructure.
