Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Project Manager to lead small to mid-sized cross-functional initiatives across its API MSAT Project Office, spanning Denmark and international sites. You will shape project direction, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes.

With a Master’s degree and 2+ years of experience, you will develop robust plans, manage risks, and drive lifecycle management and process improvements within pharmaceutical development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or natural sciences.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably cross-functional.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, set direction, and drive results in complex environments.
• Experience within pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, or lifecycle management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective collaboration across functions.
• Develop and execute robust project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
