Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Design & Innovation, Process & Innovation, Mechanical or Civil engineering.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Fluency in English; Danish would be an advantage.
• Experience with Primavera P6 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and optimise project controls tools and systems to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Monitor, analyse and report on project progress and performance to support informed decisions.
• Set up, maintain and update comprehensive project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Analyse schedule data, identify critical paths, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Generate reports and visualisations using Primavera P6 for clear stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Leverage digital tools to automate reporting and improve decision-making.
