Job summary

NoA Health is seeking an Associate Creative Director– Art Direction to lead our art direction and copywriting teams in shaping pharma and life science campaigns. With 7+ years of experience, you’ll translate complex briefs into meaningful, surprising work and mentor a global creative team.

Location: Copenhagen or fully remote (UK or North America for remote). You’ll drive pitches, own concepts, and present to clients, upholding our 'ballet in a phone booth' philosophy across digital and print.

Qualifications

Backed by 7+ years of art direction within pharma and life science advertising.
Able to translate difficult briefs into strong creative solutions across channels and asset types.
Experienced leading both art direction and copywriting teams.
Comfortable presenting and being client-facing.
Portfolio demonstrating award-winning work.
Strong conceptual thinker with a track record of award-winning campaigns.

Responsibilities

Lead art direction and copywriting teams across pharma/life science campaigns.
Drive projects from pitch to product and mentor the creative team.
Collaborate with strategists and designers to elevate briefs into standout work.
