Job summary

NoA Health is seeking an Associate Creative Director– Art Direction to lead our art direction and copywriting teams in shaping pharma and life science campaigns. With 7+ years of experience, you’ll translate complex briefs into meaningful, surprising work and mentor a global creative team.

Location: Copenhagen or fully remote (UK or North America for remote). You’ll drive pitches, own concepts, and present to clients, upholding our 'ballet in a phone booth' philosophy across digital and print.

Qualifications

• Backed by 7+ years of art direction within pharma and life science advertising.
• Able to translate difficult briefs into strong creative solutions across channels and asset types.
• Experienced leading both art direction and copywriting teams.
• Comfortable presenting and being client-facing.
• Portfolio demonstrating award-winning work.
• Strong conceptual thinker with a track record of award-winning campaigns.
