Job summary

NoA Health is seeking a Creative Director–Art Direction to lead global pharma and life-science campaigns. With 10+ years in art direction, you’ll guide both art and copy teams and translate briefs into meaningful, beautiful work.

Based in Copenhagen or fully remote (UK or North America for remote), you’ll mentor a diverse team, drive projects from pitch to product, and help shape our studio’s tone and standards.

Qualifications

• Backed by 10+ years of art direction within pharma and life science advertising.
• Strong leadership experience managing creative teams.
• Comfortable presenting and being client-facing across briefs and campaigns.
• Experienced translating complex briefs into strong creative solutions across channels.
• In possession of a portfolio demonstrating award-winning work.
• Experience working in multiple disease areas and therapy franchises.

Responsibilities

• Lead art direction and copywriting teams across briefs and campaigns.
• Drive projects from pitch to final product with strategic oversight.
• Mentor and shape a diverse creative team within a collaborative studio.
