Job summary

THE·TEAM, a leading global sports advisory and management agency, is strengthening its Copenhagen team with a Personal Assistant to support the management group. You will act as a central contact between management, the wider team, players and external partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and coordination of activities.

You will coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and manage communications in Danish and English, contributing to efficient workflows and successful partnerships

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent.
  • Excellent Danish and English written and spoken.
  • Strong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of discretion.
  • Strong communication and collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel (if needed).
  • Passion for sport, ideally football.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and independent support to the management team in day-to-day operations.
  • Plan, organise, prepare for and follow up on meetings, calls and video conferences.
  • Create, edit and manage presentations, documents and reports using Microsoft Office.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders in Danish and English.
  • Support projects within the Football Management business.
  • Support players, mainly abroad, so they can focus on the pitch.
  • Proactively contribute to the wider team and help develop efficient ways of working.

To strengthen our team in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Personal Assistant, to support the management team across all organisational and administrative matters. Within Global Football, we work closely with some of the most exciting players, clubs and partners around the world. Our Copenhagen team combines international expertise with local knowledge and a genuine passion for football. Personal Assistant: As Personal Assistant, you will be a key member of our Copenhagen team, playing an important role in enabling the management team to work efficiently and effectively. You will act as a central point of contact between management, the wider team our players and external partners, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly. Maintaining all sales coordinating activities nationally and abroad between players, agents and clubs.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide proactive and independent support to the management team in day-to-day operations

  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders in both Danish and English
  • Support projects within the Football Management business
  • Support players, mainly the ones abroad, for them to focus on the pitch.
  • Proactively contribute to the wider team and help develop efficient ways of working
What We’re Looking For
  • Completed commercial/vocational training or an equivalent qualification
  • Excellent written and spoken Danish and English
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a structured approach to work and a high level of discretion
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • A high degree of flexibility and willingness to travel (if needed)
  • A passion for sport, ideally football
