As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will own how we acquire users and merchants, from first impression to active earning, with a hands-on, test-driven approach to paid media and conversion optimization.

You will scale consumer growth across the Nordics, manage budgets, run multi-channel campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat), and collaborate with brands like Visa and Danske Bank.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
