Job summary

Loyalty Key, a Copenhagen-based team, is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to own consumer growth from impressions to activated users in the Nordics. You will unify paid media, landing-page optimization and lead generation for merchants, with real budget and fast decision paths.

You will run campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat, and collaborate with partners like Visa to scale app-driven rewards across markets.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, in-house or agency side.
Deep hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Proven experience with at least one of TikTok, Snapchat or programmatic / mobile DSP.
Structured creative testing, with results you can point to.
Hands-on experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing.
Strong analytical skills: you build your own reports and let data drive decisions.
Experience leading agencies or media partners towards commercial goals.
High ownership and a bias for action: you get things live and iterate.
Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Own consumer growth: getting the right people to download the app, sign up and start earning, and drive lead generation towards merchants who want to join our network.
Own the paid acquisition roadmap across channels and markets.
Identify growth limits today, and prioritize the work that moves the needle.
Balance volume, user quality and cost, and make those trade-offs visible.
Run and scale campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat.
Drive app user acquisition through programmatic and mobile DSP partners.
Manage budgets, pacing and channel allocation.
Lead our external performance agency with clear goals and accountability.
Work with DSP and media partners on setup, performance and reporting.
Contribute to joint campaigns with brand partners such as Visa.
Run lead campaigns towards merchants and hand qualified leads to our sales team.
Follow the full path from lead to meeting to signed merchant, and optimize for quality.
Own conversion beyond the ad click: landing pages, app store listings and signup flows.
