Zusammenfassung

Loyalty Key, a Copenhagen-based team, is building the Nordic standard for card-linked loyalty. We seek a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist who owns the user and merchant acquisition funnel from impression to activation, with a test-driven mindset and budget ownership.

You will drive paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and programmatic channels, focusing on activated users and long-term value, while collaborating with Visa and Danske Bank as part of a Nordic growth plan.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing
• Hands-on mastery of Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Experience with TikTok, Snapchat or programmatic / mobile DSP
• Proven track record of structured creative testing with measurable results
• Landing page optimization and A/B testing experience
• Strong analytical skills with self-built reports
• Experience leading agencies or media partners toward commercial goals
• High ownership and bias for action: able to launch and iterate
• Fluent English, written and spoken

Aufgaben

• Own paid acquisition roadmap across channels and markets
• Identify growth limits and prioritize impactful work
• Balance volume, user quality and cost, and make trade-offs visible
• Lead external performance agency with clear goals
• Work with DSPs and media partners on setup, performance and reporting
• Collaborate on campaigns with brand partners such as Visa
• Run lead campaigns towards merchants and hand qualified leads to our sales team
• Follow the full path from lead to meeting to signed merchant, and optimize for quality
• Own conversion beyond the ad click: landing pages and signup flows
• Run A/B tests on pages, offers and onboarding steps
