Context& is expanding its AI Business Solutions division in Denmark, seeking a People Lead to shape a high-performing team of consultants and specialists. You will manage capacity, performance, and growth while aligning staffing with customer needs and strategic ambitions.

You will also act as a trusted advisor on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and related offerings, contributing to sales and delivery quality across strategic customers.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of consulting teams and people development.
• Deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 CE platform and Power Platform.
• Strong consulting background with ability to lead complex Dynamics 365 CE projects.
• Ability to translate technology value into business outcomes.
