Job summary

Context& is seeking a Business Solutions Lead for its Custom Solutions practice in Denmark. The role focuses on shaping commercial engagements, translating business needs into GenAI-enabled Azure solutions, and guiding delivery with engineers.

You’ll operate in a Nordic context, driving opportunities and trusted advisor relationships. You’ll work with Azure-based architectures, contribute to roadmaps, and help customers transform processes in a visible, value-driven way.

Qualifications

• Have 5+ years of experience as a consultant, solution architect, or in a senior commercial/technical role creating value for customers through Azure.
• You don’t need to code or build models but understand architecture and feasibility well enough to spar meaningfully with engineers.
• Think commercially with the customer’s reality at the center.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial opportunities and relationships; build pipeline and own parts of the commercial relationship.
• Understand customers’ current ways of working and show what is possible with custom-built GenAI solutions.
• Translate business problems into solutions and design approaches that fit the customer’s reality.
• Own the delivery dialogue from scoping to delivery with clear milestones.
• Collaborate with Agentic Software Engineers to ensure feasibility and progress.
• Develop roadmaps, sketches, and PoCs to aid customer decision-making.
