Job summary

BEC Financial Technologies in Roskilde or Warsaw is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Pension team within the Mortgage & Pension domain. You will collaborate with customers, the Product Owner and developers to ensure solutions remain stable and aligned with business needs.

You will contribute to testing, maintenance and continuous improvement, with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail. Fluent in Danish and English, you will engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience from a financial institution with pension knowledge.
• Professional communication with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Structured, proactive and detail‑oriented with ownership mindset.
• Fluent in Danish and English in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Clarify and align customer requirements with the Product Owner.
• Translate business requirements into development tasks with developers.
• Refine solutions and contribute to planning and estimation.
• Identify limitations and propose viable alternatives with stakeholders.
• Drive projects through clarification, coordination and alignment.
• Plan and execute tests to ensure value delivery.
• Handle first- and second-level customer support and incident handling.
