Job summary

Terma Group in Denmark is seeking an Accountant to support our Danish payroll processes, data management, and reporting. You will handle payroll data, ensure compliance with legislation and collective agreements, and support monthly payroll operations in a collaborative team of five, with two colleagues in Brasov.

You should be analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work across payroll systems while communicating clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Education in accounting/finance/HR or related field.
• Interest in payroll, collective agreements, and admin processes.
• Familiarity with payroll systems or data handling.
• Strong Excel skills and reporting mindset.
• Payroll experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate registration and processing of payroll-related data (vacation, absence, pension, supplements).
• Maintain and update employee data in payroll systems.
• Perform controls and reconciliations for accurate payroll processing.
• Contribute to payroll reporting and administrative tasks.
• Stay updated on payroll regulations and collective agreements.
