Job summary

Dynatest is seeking a Software & Embedded Engineer in its headquarter in Ballerup. You will work across embedded processors, PLCs, and higher-level software for pavement testing equipment, guiding hardware and software implementations.

We require a degree in automation, electrical, software or mechatronics with 3+ years in software/embedded development and strong skills in C/C++, structured text, and communication protocols.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Automation, Electrical, Software, Mechatronics, or similar.
• 3+ years of professional experience in software and embedded development.
• Experience with C, C++, C#, Structured Text, VBA and protocols like TCP/IP, CAN, Modbus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain embedded firmware, PLC software, and supporting applications.
• Design and optimize software architectures, interfaces, and existing codebases.
• Plan, execute, and document testing, validation activities, and releases.
• Maintain technical documentation covering design, changes and test results.
• Support customer projects with feasibility assessments and recommendations.
• Collaborate across functions to drive engineering standards and improvements.
