Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in software and embedded development.
• Experience with embedded processors and PLCs; familiarity with industrial sensors/actuators is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain embedded firmware, PLC software, and supporting applications for pavement testing equipment and related systems.
• Design and optimize software architectures, communication interfaces, and existing codebases for performance and reliability.
• Plan, execute, and document testing, validation activities, and software releases.
• Maintain clear and structured technical documentation of design changes and test results.
• Support customer projects with feasibility assessments and technical recommendations.
• Collaborate across functions and contribute to engineering standards and continuous improvement.
