Job summary

SELECTED, part of a dynamic international fashion business, is seeking a leader to head pattern design and fittings across menswear and womenswear while staying hands-on with development. You’ll guide a team, drive projects, and shape technical standards that enhance fit, construction and consistency across collections.

You'll collaborate closely with Design and Buying, ensuring a balance between creative intent and commercial needs, and you’ll explore digital pattern-making and 3D development

Qualifications

• Solid experience in pattern design and garment construction.
• Strong leadership and people-development skills.
• Ability to drive projects and manage priorities across categories.
• Structured, collaborative approach to design and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of pattern designers and fitting assistants.
• Take hands-on responsibility for pattern development within own product category.
• Drive projects and coordinate priorities across menswear and womenswear.
• Develop pattern design processes and technical standards for fit and construction.
• Collaborate with Design and Buying to balance creative and commercial needs.
• Explore and implement digital pattern-making and 3D development tools.
