Job summary

SELECTED, part of Bestseller, is seeking a senior pattern team lead in Denmark. You will lead a team of pattern designers and fitting assistants across menswear and womenswear while staying hands-on with pattern development.

You’ll drive projects, set technical standards, and collaborate with Design and Buying to balance creative and commercial needs, exploring digital pattern-making and 3D development tools.

• Ability to plan, coordinate and drive projects.
• Strong collaboration and communication across teams.

Responsibilities
