Job summary

VILA BRANDHOUSE is seeking a Technical Designer to balance creative ideas with commercial requirements across VILA, NOISY MAY and ROUGE EDIT. You will ensure fit, workmanship and quality while collaborating with design, buying and suppliers worldwide using 2D, 3D and AI tools.

You will contribute to digital workflows, share technical guidance, and help drive standards across collections, with a strong emphasis on international collaboration and cross-brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Pattern/technical design background and expertise.
• Understanding of production flows and quality assurance processes.
• Experience with 2D, 3D and AI is an advantage.
• Production experience or strong interest in manufacturing methods.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent fit and sizing standards across collections and suppliers.
• Provide technical guidance, corrections and approvals from first sample to final production.
• Comment on fitting and design in collaboration with buyers and designers.
• Develop and improve products using digital workflows.
• Contribute to integrating new digital tools and smarter ways of working in daily operations.
