Job description

As a Pastry Chef you will be responsible for creating and preparing pastries desserts and other baked goods for our restaurant in Horsens. You will use your creativity and skill to develop new recipes and ensure that all pastries are of the highest quality. Your role will also involve managing inventory training and supervising kitchen staff and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed to maintain stock
• Train kitchen staff on pastry-making techniques and oversee their work in the kitchen
• Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed to maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and specials

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen
• Knowledge of various pastry techniques ingredients equipment and sanitation standards

EducationExperience
