Role involves opening, organizing daily operations, guiding guests, clearing tables, and nightly closing with cash-ups. Part-time position at 15 hours weekly with evening, night, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in the service industry.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional fluency in English.

• Open BRUS daily.
• Organise the work day for team members.
• Guide and serve guests – food and beer.
• Clear tables.
• Close BRUS, do cash-ups and send daily reports.
