Job summary

The Library Bar – ProfilHotels Copenhagen Plaza is seeking an experienced bartender to join our Front of House team for a part-time role (30 hours/week). You will craft cocktails, provide attentive service, and maintain a high-end bar environment in Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender is required.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and classic mixology.
• Professional, structured and guest-focused.
• Good communication in English; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer and spirits.
• Provide professional and attentive guest service.
• Maintain bar setup, cleanliness and stock levels.
• Handling payments and ensuring correct closing procedures.
• Collaborating with the FOH team to secure seamless operations.
• Upholding high standards of hygiene and safety.
