Job summary

Soho House Copenhagen is seeking a full-time bartender to craft high-quality beverages, including hot and cold drinks, while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will work across mornings and evenings, participate in product knowledge training, and contribute to menu ideas.

Qualifications

• Experience behind the bar and basic knowledge of drinks and products.
• Proactive and accommodating, team player and positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Create high quality beverages, hot and cold, to default standards.
• Maintain bar mise en place and cleanliness according to standards and safety rules.
• Contribute ideas and recipes to drinks menus.
• Assist with developing bartenders and bar backs through onboarding and training sessions.
• Ensure bars are well stocked with products and equipment daily.
• Support Bar Manager/Head Bartender with duties as needed.
