Job summary

A leading fashion retailer in Denmark is seeking a Sales Associate to enhance the customer experience in a luxury retail environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, build relationships with customers, and ensure store maintenance. You will be working as part of our store team in a luxury retail environment where you share a passion for our brand and our values with customers and colleagues. Leading by example and putting PVH values into practice are important in this role. You will inspire your team to generate sales and profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience while ensuring the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.

Responsibilities

• Be able to demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and possess successful link selling skills to drive business.
• Holding the ability to outfit build for customers; our Sales Associates should also be able to make further product recommendations and drive store KPIs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele.
• Be a Brand Ambassador with a keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
• Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation and organization issues are addressed appropriately.
• Show flexibility and innovation when reacting to the changing business environment, especially around peak trade.
