Job summary

FashionUnited is looking for a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to support Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein wholesale shops in Denmark. The role requires a fashion conscious individual with 2–3 years of visual merchandising experience, who can multitask and demonstrate a strong commercial background.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing seasonal guidelines, providing relevant reports, and supporting store openings and training. The role is based in Jutland, Denmark, at the PVH Head Office in Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in visual merchandising.
• Creative and commercial VM background in a similar wholesale environment.
• Strong fashion sense and knowledge within the fashion industry.

Position

PVH Nordic is seeking an independent, flexible, and fashion conscious Visual Merchandising Coordinator for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein wholesale shops in Denmark, focusing on Jutland.

Location

Denmark (Jutland) – Our PVH Head Office is located at Danneskiold‑Samsøes Allé, Copenhagen.

Responsibilities

• Full VM support to selected wholesale shop‑in‑shops in the area.
• Plan and execute in‑store seasonal VM guidelines in line with communication from HQ in Amsterdam.
• Plan and execute seasonal windows communication according to guidelines provided by HQ.
• Provide VM Manager with seasonal VM store reports for in‑store and window installations within deadlines.
• Participate and support seasonal VM training events; plan and execute in‑store staff training (including IVM Ambassadors and other staff).
• Support the Nordic VM Manager on brand‑related projects (VM training events, showroom installations, etc.).
• Assist with local SIS, store openings, and re‑fits.
• Take full brand ownership of the brands in the dedicated market.
• Give product‑level feedback to the sales team.
• Drive and support commercial growth and VM actions in wholesale POS.
• Provide digital and virtual support to POS.
• Give weekly updates to the VM Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in visual merchandising.
• Creative and commercial VM background in a similar wholesale environment.
• Structured and able to multitask.
• Strong fashion sense and knowledge within the fashion industry.
• Reports to the VM Manager, PVH Nordic.
