Job summary

Satair A/S, an Airbus Services Company located in Copenhagen, is seeking a Student Assistant to join the Export Control & Customs department. The role is approximately 15–20 hours per week with a flexible schedule to fit study commitments, based in Kastrup, Denmark.

You will assist with data handling, Google Sheets updates, supplier communications, and master data tasks. A supportive, international team environment and hands-on mentorship are offered.

Qualifications

• You must be enrolled as a student.
• Preferably experienced with Google Suite.
• You are structured and analytical.
• You speak and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Support Export Control & Customs team in Copenhagen on data handling and updating Google Sheets, and other administrative tasks as well depending on interest.
• Handle supplier contact and follow-up.
• Compile master data on products and Export control classifications.
• Perform master data analyses and cleaning.
• Prepare files for data upload.
• Report on team objectives.
• Provide ad hoc support to the team.
