JYSK is seeking an Employer Branding Consultant at our Aarhus Head Office to strengthen our employer brand through campaigns, events, digital platforms and onboarding initiatives. You will work closely with the HR team to translate strategy into local, engaging experiences that attract and retain colleagues.

• Experience in employer branding or marketing positions.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Clear Danish and English communication, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Execute employer branding initiatives for JYSK Head Office.
• Build relationships with universities, business schools and student organisations for career events.
• Ensure visibility and alignment of employer branding activities.
• Coordinate the Head Office Career Site and Welcome Site.
• Assist onboarding processes for new JYSK Head Office employees, including merchandise coordination.
