EcoFarm Solutions seeks a friendly Part-Time Concierge in Randers, Denmark. You will be the first contact for residents and guests, delivering exceptional service and handling inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, coordinating maintenance with other teams, maintaining lobby presentation, monitoring security, and helping organize resident events. Danish and English fluency is required.

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Concierge to join our team at a luxury apartment building in Randers. As the first point of contact for residents and guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and guests in a warm and professional manner
• Assist with resident inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
• Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with relevant departments
• Maintain the appearance of the lobby area, including tidying up newspapers, magazines, and other items
• Monitor security cameras to ensure the safety of residents and guests
• Assist in organizing events or activities for residents

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude towards helping others
• Must have own visa/work permit for Denmark
