Entry-Level Concierge in Randers, Denmark

Are you a friendly and organized individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the hospitality industry? Our luxury hotel in Randers is seeking an Entry-Level Concierge to join our team.

As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes greeting and assisting guests with their requests, making reservations for restaurants and events, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local attractions. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area.

We are looking for candidates who are fluent in English (Danish proficiency is a plus) with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required. We offer free visa and ticket for international candidates.

The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, be able to work well under pressure, and have strong problem-solving skills. You should also have good knowledge of the city of Randers and its surrounding areas.
