• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a commercial architect.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
