Job summary

Job description

Our architecture firm in Randers is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses and distribution centers. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings
• Create detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design CAD software
• Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
• Manage the entire construction process from initial concept to final completion
• Oversee contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Work closely with engineers, contractors and other professionals involved in the construction process
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role
• Proficiency in CAD software
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• In-depth knowledge of building codes regulations and construction processes for industrial buildings

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience working on international projects or with global clients
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles for industrial buildings

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.

Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
