We are in need of an experienced and qualified Architecture Manager to join our team in Randers As the Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ without accommodation provided

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their architectural needs and requirements
• Develop project plans including budget timeline and resources allocation
• Oversee the design process and ensure that all projects meet quality standards and deadlines
• Review and approve construction drawings specifications and other project documentation
• Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plan
• Manage a team of architects engineers and other professionals involved in the project
• Liaise with contractors suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology related to architecture

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and practices
• Proficient in using software such as AutoCAD Revit SketchUp etc
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and leadership skills
