We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architecture Manager to join our growing team in Horsens As a Junior Architecture Manager you will be responsible for assisting the senior architecture manager in overseeing all phases of architectural projects from conceptualization to construction This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in the field of architecture

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and presenting design proposals to clients
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure project plans are feasible and meet client requirements
• Research building codes zoning regulations and other legal requirements for each project
• Develop detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design CAD software
• Review and approve contractor bids and monitor construction progress
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction is following approved plans and specifications

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
• Strong knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary

Salary $1500 per month with free visa and ticket provided by the company
