Job summary

EY-Parthenon Nordic is seeking an Analyst in Transaction Diligence to perform financial due diligence and deliver data-driven insights for corporate and private equity clients in Denmark and internationally.

You will join a collaborative team with comprehensive training, coaching, and development opportunities, including international exposure and mobility options. Successful grads or final-year students will thrive in this dynamic, innovative setting.

Qualifications

• Graduated in 2026 or planning to graduate in 2027 from an accounting or finance focused masters program (such as FIR, FIN, Cand.merc.aud or cand.polit).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial due diligence across diverse industries for corporate and private equity clients.
