Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Student Worker in Denmark to support the Licensing team with packaging research, data analysis, and sustainability-driven insights.

You will translate market data into dashboards, identify opportunities for packaging innovation, and help strengthen decision-making across our global licensed portfolio. This role combines rigorous analysis with creative problem-solving in an international, hybrid work environment for students in relevant fields.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sustainability, Packaging Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in transforming data into actionable insights.
• Excellent research skills and curiosity about consumer products, packaging innovation, and sustainability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Research packaging trends, materials, and innovations across the licensing industry.
• Monitor developments in sustainable packaging solutions, emerging technologies, and relevant legislation.
• Benchmark packaging designs, structures, and sustainability initiatives across competitors and retail channels.
• Consolidate and analyze packaging-related data from licensing partners.
• Generate actionable insights and identify trends to support strategic business decisions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate findings in a clear and engaging way.
• Support packaging reviews and contribute recommendations that enhance quality, sustainability, and consumer experience.
• Maintain packaging databases and ensure data quality across reporting tools.
