Job summary

Reshape Biotech in Copenhagen is seeking a Chief of Staff to lead Business Operations and keep the company running efficiently—from redlining contracts to board-level strategy. You’ll be an exceptional problem solver who can navigate unfamiliar territory and drive execution across functions.

You’ll work with founders and leadership to build scalable systems, own internal processes, and push AI-powered workflows that enhance how teams operate. English is essential; Danish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment requiring rigour and execution.
• Strong commercial and analytical judgement; comfortable with spreadsheets and models.
• Proven track record finishing projects without being chased.
• Excellent written English; Danish is an advantage in our governance context.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial deal execution, including contract reviews and redlining, and addressing security requirements.
• Lead information security and compliance programme, coordinating ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits and related policies.
• Implement and own internal business systems for compliant and efficient execution.
• Coordinate employment compliance across jurisdictions with external advisors.
• Own high-priority, cross-functional projects from problem definition to completion.
