Astanor Ventures in Copenhagen is seeking a Chief of Staff to lead business operations and ensure efficient company performance as we scale. You’ll work closely with founders to redline agreements, prepare board materials, and drive critical initiatives across security, compliance, and internal systems.

You’ll own cross-functional projects, push AI adoption, and manage enterprise processes from legal to financial discussions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in fast-paced, high-impact ops roles.
• Strong commercial and analytical judgment.
• Excellent written English; Danish a plus.
• Comfort with legal and contract language; security/audit exposure a plus.
• Track record of finishing difficult projects on time.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive business operations across contracting, audits, and board materials.
• Lead information security and compliance programs (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Build and improve internal systems and processes for scalable execution.
• Coordinate employment compliance across jurisdictions and consult external advisors.
• Oversee equity administration, board materials, and investor reporting.
• Drive AI-enabled workflows and cross-functional projects to completion.
