Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate smaller internal projects within the Product & Supply organization.
• Drive updates and continuous improvements to operational processes and procedures.
• Map, document, and analyze current supply chain processes.
• Develop, align, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to gather input and ensure alignment.
• Support timely execution of both operational tasks and longer-term initiatives.
• Facilitate recurring process reviews and operational performance updates.
• Participate in process discovery and optimization workshops.
• Gather and analyze operational data to support reporting and decision-making.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
