We are hiring two Operations Managers within Marketing Operations for our Copenhagen HQ.

What will your day look like?

You will lead a local delivery team and act as a trusted partner to our in-house departments, translating client needs and business priorities into clear, actionable direction for your team.

More specifically, you will:

• Manage a local delivery team of up to 15 people
• Manage daily operations and stakeholder collaboration, working closely with other departments
• Setting the standard for a high-performing, collaborative and trusting team culture
• Build strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and drive operational optimizations within a standardized service setup

For the right candidate, this role can open the door to a Global Operations Manager position, expanding your scope to leading delivery teams across our four locations globally and taking commercial ownership of your client's global operational services.

You’ll join 200+ colleagues in Marketing Operations across Copenhagen, Toronto, Bangkok and San José, working with some of the world's most recognized brands including Coca-Cola, H&M, IKEA, Volvo, Shell, Nestlé and Colgate-Palmolive.

What will you bring to the table?

Most likely you’ll be joining from a consultancy or agency background, where you’ve learned to navigate complexity, manage expectations, and turn it into clear next steps. Management experience is not required, but the ambition to grow into a larger leadership role is.
