Job summary

Zoku Copenhagen is seeking an Operations Manager to lead Front of House and cross‑functional teams, ensuring the signature Zoku guest experience while driving operational excellence. You’ll report to the General Manager and coach Duty Managers and a growing team in a vibrant, international setting.

You speak fluent Danish and English, have at least 3 years of leadership in Front Office and/or F&B, and are comfortable with PMS and POS systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading operational teams in Front Office and/or F&B.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Experience with PMS and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Operational coach: guide, train and manage the operations team with regular check-ins and quarterly goals.
• Smooth operator: be hands-on, support the team to deliver a Zoku-like guest experience and lead by example.
• Above & Beyond: identify opportunities to improve financial results, revenue streams and guest satisfaction.
• Keep your admin in check: stay on top of PMS, POS, SOPs and organize data and suppliers.
• Guardian of our values: uphold brand standards and keep the team aligned with culture.
