Job summary

Everllence in Copenhagen seeks a Head of Manufacturing to lead the factory, drive safety, quality and cost performance, and develop leadership capabilities. The role includes guiding the transition to The Valley site in Roskilde and advancing digitalization of operations.

The position requires 10+ years of manufacturing leadership, strong stakeholder management, and a mix of strategic and hands-on operational skills. English and Danish language proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Proven track record of improving operational performance and delivery reliability.
• Experience leading organizational change, transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions and levels.
• Good communication in English and Danish.

Responsibilities

• Lead the factory operation with focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
• Develop and coach the factory leadership team and middle management.
• Drive Lean principles and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, Finance and unions.
• Prepare the organization for the transition to The Valley site in Roskilde.
