Job summary

G2 Recruitment is seeking a Freelance Site Manager to oversee construction, installation, commissioning and documentation for a utility-scale renewable energy project in Denmark.

Responsibilities include coordinating full work plans for Solar PV + BESS, supervising on-site construction, and ensuring compliance with design and safety standards, with a focus on EPC delivery for 100MW+ projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical preferred).
• Minimum 2 years team leadership experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in utility-scale Solar PV project design or EPC project management (100MW+ preferred).
• Experience in procurement, engineering processes, contracting or business administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full work plans and implementation schedules for Solar PV + BESS projects.
• Review project scope, cost estimates, schedules, contracting and implementation arrangements.
• Supervise on-site construction, ensuring compliance with design, safety and quality standards.
• Review and validate technical designs, specifications, grid-connection requirements and EPC deliverables.
• Prepare and certify As-Built drawings, progress payments and delay-analysis / remediation reports.
