Job summary

Rockwell Automation’s CUBIC unit seeks a Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead maintenance and facility functions at Brønderslev and Aabybro. You will build a proactive, data-driven maintenance culture and implement Fiix across the organization to improve uptime and energy efficiency.

This role is onsite and collaborates with Production, Engineering, EHS, and external partners. You will work closely with Plant Manager - CUBIC to deliver reliable operations and drive continuous improvements in

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong English language skills, written and spoken.
• 8+ years experience in maintenance, technical operations or production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team.
• Ensure high availability of production equipment and technical installations.
• Manage facilities and buildings in Brønderslev and Aabybro.
• Develop and implement preventive and planned maintenance.
• Implement the Fiix maintenance management system.
• Coordinate external contractors and service partners.
• Manage budgets and monitor relevant KPIs.
• Participate in technical projects, investments and continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Drive improvements in reliability, maintenance and energy efficiency.
