Job summary

Rockwell Automation, a global technology leader, is seeking a Global Health & Safety Manager for the CUBIC-Modulsystem A/S division. You will develop and drive the global Health & Safety agenda across all sites, ensuring compliance and a strong safety culture while supporting growth and new investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience from a global manufacturing environment, preferably within the metal industry.
• Strong knowledge of international Health & Safety legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the global Health & Safety strategy across all locations.
• Promote proactive safety culture through leadership engagement and involvement.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, corporate requirements, and standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain global Health & Safety policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Lead H&S performance management through KPIs, reporting, audits, and corrective actions.
• Drive incident prevention, investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Support sites with risk assessments and the implementation of effective control measures.
• Develop and deliver Health & Safety training and awareness programs across the organization.
• Coordinate internal and external Health & Safety audits and ensure follow-up on findings.
• Support new investments, site expansions, and facility changes to ensure Health & Safety requirements are embedded from design to operation.
• Establish and facilitate a global network of local H&S representatives and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risk and enhance workplace safety performance.
• Support emergency preparedness, crisis response, and business continuity activities.
• Occupational Health and employee well-being programs.
• Monitor and communicate global Health & Safety trends, risks, and best practices.
