Job summary
AIRE Ancient Baths Copenhagen is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and support the Maintenance Manager in ensuring smooth operation of our facilities. You will coordinate daily maintenance activities, guide the technical team and ensure preventive and corrective tasks are carried out efficiently.
Based in the Carlsberg Byen district, you will work hands-on with electrical, mechanical, plumbing and water treatment systems, uphold safety standards, and help deliver the high-quality
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical maintenance, ideally in hospitality or leisure facilities.
- Hands-on, proactive maintenance experience with a focus on safety and quality.
- Experience coordinating or supporting a technical team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities with the team.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and day-to-day work of technicians.
- Ensure electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and water treatment systems operate correctly.
- Monitor facility conditions, pool parameters, and Health & Safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver high-quality client experiences.
