Job summary

ABP Food Group's Esbjerg site seeks an experienced HR Manager to partner with operations, translating HR strategies into practical, people-focused solutions on the production floor. You will report to the General Manager and collaborate with Group HR to support the local leadership team.

The role demands visibility on the production floor, coaching leaders, and ensuring compliant, engaging processes across recruitment, development and employee relations. A dynamic manufacturing setting awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Experience operating in international or matrix organisations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Danish employment law and collective bargaining agreements.
• Experience driving recruitment, talent development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead leadership and organisational development across the business.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations, employee relations & leadership support.
• Drive recruitment, talent acquisition & employer branding.
• Lead employee engagement, development & succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with Danish employment legislation, GDPR and ethical standards; support audits.
