Job summary

HAY, based in Horsens, is seeking an Online Sales Coordinator to support and grow our online business with key retail partners. You will monitor dealer online performance, identify opportunities, and help ensure products are presented optimally across our online channels.

You should be commercially minded, data-driven, and fluent in Danish and English. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and dealers to drive online sales growth and improve processes.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating or commercially oriented role in e-commerce, online sales or wholesale.
Good understanding of e-commerce and online sales performance.
Confident Excel user and able to work across IT systems.
Fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Monitor online sales and product performance across dealers.
Identify replenishment opportunities and lost sales.
Optimize product availability and presentation online.
Coordinate product data, prices, content, and assets.
Prepare reports on online sales and stock; turn insights into actions.
Collaborate with internal teams and dealers on campaigns.
