Job summary

Emergere Technologies LLC. seeks a Warehouse Lead to drive the OneERP deployment, ensuring D365FO Warehouse Management adoption and alignment with global template processes.

You will coordinate with the central template team, warehouse users, deployment specialists and leadership on all warehouse topics. The role emphasizes process ownership, data readiness, testing, governance, and strong collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful rollout and ongoing adoption of OneERP standards

Qualifications

• Experience with D365FO Warehouse Management and Inventory Management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing and production integration.
• Understanding of barcode scanning and mobile warehouse execution.
• Experience with 3PL integration scenarios is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse workstream during OneERP deployment and ensure template adoption.
• Drive deployment including end-to-end warehouse processes and integrations.
• Review local requirements, identify gaps, and support fit-gap workshops.
• Define warehouse test scenarios; participate in SIT, UAT, cutover rehearsals.
• Validate end-to-end warehouse flows with procurement, planning, manufacturing.
• Review and validate warehouse master data (warehouses, locations, dimensions).
• Governance: track deliverables, risks, actions; report to leadership.

Role Purpose

Lead the Warehouse workstream during OneERP deployment, ensuring that global template processes, D365FO Warehouse Management functionality, and local business requirements are successfully adopted across the rollout site. The role acts as the primary liaison between the central template team, warehouse business users, Deployment Specialists, ROSAs, and project leadership for all warehouse-related topics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process & Solution Ownership

• Drive deployment involving integrations which covers the below business processes
• Goods Receiving
• Inspection Processes
• Put-away
• Inventory Management
• Picking
• Packing
• Shipping
• Spot Counting and Cycle Counting
• 3PL Warehouse Processes
• Mobile Device/Warehouse App usage (WMA)
• Ensure compliance with the global OneERP warehouse template.
• Review local requirements and identify process gaps.
• Support fit-gap workshops and solution discussions.

2. Business Engagement

• Conduct warehouse process workshops with site stakeholders.
• Facilitate key user and super-user engagement.
• Align warehouse operations with OneERP standards.
• Support change management and business adoption activities.

3. Deployment & Testing

• Define warehouse test scenarios and business process validation cases.
• Participate in:
• SIT
• UAT
• Cutover rehearsals
• Mock go-lives
• Validate end-to-end warehouse flows with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing

4. Data & Master Data Readiness

• Review warehouse-related master data:
• Warehouses
• Locations
• Inventory dimensions
• Work templates
• Location directives
• Mobile menu items
• Item storage dimensions
• Support data validation and migration activities.

6. Governance & Risk Management

• Track warehouse deliverables, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Escalate process gaps through ROSA and governance forums.
• Maintain documentation in Azure DevOps and SharePoint.
• Provide progress updates to Project Manager and Tranche Leadership.
